As our outfits are made according to customer specifications, returns or exchanges are not generally offered.
However, in the rare event that you receive:
a defective item, or
a product with a manufacturing fault
we request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
To be considered for a review:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
It must be in its original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Any request submitted after the 48-hour window may not be entertained.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared accordingly.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Chenab Bridal is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or damages caused during transit.
We strongly advise customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Damages caused during shipping or handling by the courier service are not covered under this policy.
If a refund is approved after inspection, customers will be notified accordingly.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Chenab Bridal reserves the right to assess each case individually to ensure fairness and transparency for both the brand and our valued customers.
